Events Operation Manager

Chris joined AQS in 2012, after 20 years as an Underwriter for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Chris is always a fantastic support and has a proven track record in customer service and in 2019 was runner up for ‘inspirational employer award’ at the Hospitality Wales Awards in 2019.


Chris has helped organise the accreditation and recruitment for the 2012 London Olympics for all events that took place in the Principality Stadium. Following the success of the Olympics, Chris has led the recruitment process for numerous events, including the Principality Stadium, SWALEC Stadium and Cardiff Blues. Two events that she is particularly proud of having been involved with are the 2015 Rugby World Cup and the 2017 Champions League Final.


On the back of the above success, Chris was promoted to Business Support Manager in 2021, responsible for service delivery and customer engagement for some of our company's most prestigious accounts.
