Maja Abramek

Operations Support Manager

Joined AQS in July 2022 with a growth mindset and flexible attitude. She has over 12 years of experience in retail / customer service and 4 years of experience as a Team Leader and Supervisor.


Her experience and passion in planning, coordinating and performing many different tasks at the same time helps her to develop and implement solutions that improve the organisation of work in the office, for other managers and the entire AQS company.


She has a detailed minded with analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to think strategically and analyse information in time and interact accurately with her main personality trait; her passion for "doing impossible things right away, but you have to wait a bit for miracles". - is her favourite sentence.


In 2018 she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Documentary Photography at University of South Wales in Cardiff. Her greatest passion and hobby is the connection between photography, photo-therapy, self-therapy with Mental Health Awareness. This ties in with her empathic personality and presents her as a "people person" much needed in her current position at AQS.
