Gemma is passionate about her commitment to both AQS and her customers alike working in a very fast paced environment, it has taught her how to manage and deliver SLA’S and KPI’S under pressure which has resulted in her managing to avoid many crisis arising, Gemma is looking forward to supporting colleagues , customers and staff in their needs and requirements and getting to know everyone
