AQS and Tudor Group LTD are proud to be recognised service providers of the Living Wage Foundation as we fully believe that ‘a hard days work deserves a fair days pay’.
For us, our staff are the core of our business and we wanted to beat the stigma that the cleaning industry can have!
As employers, we made a choice to focus our efforts around supporting good, sustainable ethical employment. Our employees - just like workers everywhere - are people with bills to pay, rent to make and lives to live and we believe that our people need a living wage, especially during these uncertain times.

A Quality Service (AQS) took on one of its most ambitious projects to date: preparing thousands of student accommodation rooms across the UK for the upcoming academic year. Over the summer of 2024, our expert team successfully deep-cleaned 5,715 rooms across nine cities.
Here, we learn more about her journey to becoming a Project Manager, what motivates her, and what a typical day looks like.
In September of this year, we began delivering a daily cleaning contract at the Principality Stadium, expanding on our existing event cleaning services. Here, we look at our new role and how we have improved the stadium's cleaning standards.
